DUKE ELLINGTON, ELLA FITZGERALD AND LOUIS ARMSTRONG

Once shouldn't complain that there is no jazz music in Singapore! However, I must admit that I rather listen to jazz music in a nice chill out place sipping wine rather then in a rather large concert hall.

Firstly, I don't feel any intimacy dispite the Orchestra being REALLY awesome! I shouldn't be complaining much after all, it was Duke Ellington's grandson, Paul Mercer Ellington that's heading the Orchestra. It's a rather heavy cross to carry considering at the age of just 28 years old, you need to show those hard core die hard fans that you are up on the same league as your grandfather.

Oh how I miss NY.... i need to get some real jazz fix....
